University of Washington

 Dr. Otto Hanssen was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington. He undertook his undergraduate studies at Western Washington University with an emphasis in Chemistry.  Dr. Hanssen then studied and received his dental degree from the University of Washington in 1979.  After a long dental practice partnership, he founded Cottage Lake Family Dentistry in 1992.  Dr. Hanssen is active in most areas of general dentistry with a concentration on more complex reconstructive cases.  He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife of 28 years and their three grown children, traveling to warmer climates, and boating in the Puget Sound San Juan Islands.

Cindy Du DDS

University of Michigan

Dr. Cindy Du was born  in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia China she moved to the US while still in high school. She received her Bachelor's in Biology from University of Washington and went on to earn her Dental Degree from the University of Michigan. Dr. Du's  primary goal is to provide caring, comfortable, superior dentistry so that each visit is an outstanding dental experience. She really enjoys making people smile! Away from the office, Dr. Du likes to spend time with her family and friends. She also likes to relax by playing piano and tennis. In her free time, she loves to travel and experiences new cultures.  She is fluent in Mandarin.

Patricia Nguyen DDS

Patricia Nguyen DDS

University of Minnesota

  Dr. Patricia Nguyen was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Alberta in 2010. She attended the University of Minnesota where she received her DDS degree in 2014. Dr. Nguyen then completed a postgraduate residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in Union City, CA in 2015. She moved to Washington shortly there after and join Cottage Lake Family Dentistry. Dr. Nguyen is a winter sport fanatic and enjoys being close to the mountains.
